       行车轮是重要的行车配件，它的耐磨性的越好，对于设备的运用帮助就越大。通过研发对行车轮进行热处理，不仅能够提高它的踏面硬度同时还能提高淬硬层的深度，不断的提升能够满足用户需求的新要求。行车轮是起重机配件三大组成部分之一，车轮体工作时车轮踏面，轮缘内侧面与软道两侧面滚动接触，承受较大的接触应力和严重的密损，因此，磨损成为行车轮失效的主要形式车轮的磨损主要由下述两点组成，第一是接触疲劳，其原因是由于车轮表面硬化层浅，基本硬度偏低，在强大的接触应力作用下，淬硬层与基体过渡区距表面20至25mm处产生塑性变形并形成裂纹，扩展至表面造成疲劳剥落:第二是滑动摩擦，当车轮运行时，轮缘内佩面与轨道两侧面接触产生滑动磨损，其原因是起重机承载及车轮与导轨只身尺寸精度，结构等原因而产生的常见磨损形式。影响行车轮使用寿命的因素主要有车轮体承受载荷、车轮结构，加工精度、车轮材料及热处理质量等。

Factors influencing the service life of the main wheel wheel body, wheel load bearing structure, the machining accuracy, the material and heat treatment quality.
